By accessing or using Clear to Proceed ("CTPMed") at ctpmed.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

CTPMed provides an educational FAA medical readiness assessment tool. Our service:

• Analyzes medical conditions you report
• Provides general guidance based on published FAA regulations
• Generates a personalized assessment report
• Offers document checklists and preparation guidance

THIS SERVICE IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

CTPMed is NOT:

• A substitute for consultation with an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME)
• A guarantee of FAA medical certification
• Affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)

No Guarantee of Certification

Using CTPMed does not guarantee you will receive an FAA medical certificate. Certification decisions are made solely by the FAA and designated Aviation Medical Examiners. Many factors outside the scope of this assessment may affect your certification outcome.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to maintain current and accurate information based on published FAA guidelines:

• FAA regulations and policies change frequently
• Your specific situation may have unique factors not covered by our assessment
• We recommend verifying all information with official FAA sources and qualified professionals

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during the assessment
• Verifying guidance with official FAA sources
• Consulting with qualified professionals (AMEs, attorneys) for complex situations
• Making your own decisions regarding your FAA medical application

Payment and Refunds

Payment

• Our assessment costs $49 (or current listed price)
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe
• You receive immediate access to your assessment upon successful payment

Refund Policy

Due to the immediate delivery of our digital product, all sales are final.

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

• Technical errors that prevented delivery of your assessment
• Duplicate charges

Contact support@ctpmed.com within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CTPMed are owned by Clear to Proceed and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

• Download and print your personal assessment for your own use
• Share your assessment with your AME or healthcare providers

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell our content
• Use our service to create competing products
• Reverse engineer our assessment methodology

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false information
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEAR TO PROCEED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of FAA medical certification
• Delays in certification
• Costs of additional medical evaluations
• Loss of income or employment opportunities
• Emotional distress

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clear to Proceed, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
