Know where you stand.
Photograph your certificate once. The hub reads the date of your exam and shows when each class runs out, to the end of the month, the way the FAA counts it.
- First, second and third class each have their own end, set by your age at the exam.
- A reminder email 30 days before your medical runs out.

Took something? Know if you can fly.
Search 202 medications by brand or generic name. See each one’s FAA status and the wait after a dose.
- A go/no-go timer from your last dose, only where an FAA page states the wait.
- Disqualifying or Special Issuance: no timer. Waiting out a dose does not make it legal.
- Not on our verified list? You get an AI summary, marked not verified, and never a timer.
- A deadline runway to your renewal: when to book your AME, gather documents and file MedXPress.
Planning guidance, not a clearance to fly. Your AME decides.

Walk into the AME prepared.
The FAA keeps every 8500-8 you file. Fill yours in the hub and it marks every answer that differs from the form you filed last time.
- Readiness Check. Where you stand for this exam, condition by condition, and what to do before it.
- Document checklist. What your AME will ask you to bring for your conditions, and the first-class ECG when your age calls for it.
- Medication register. Everything you take, each with its FAA status.
Preparation, not legal or certification advice. Your AME and the FAA decide.
Questions
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel any time in Settings → Manage Billing; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Monthly plans are not refunded for part of a month. Annual plans are refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of a charge.
- What does the annual plan cost?
- Basic is $59 a year and Pro $119 a year, against $84 and $180 for twelve months at the monthly price. An annual plan renews automatically every year until you cancel, and we email you before it does.
- Do I need a card for Free?
- No. Free needs an email address and nothing else, and it never turns into a paid plan on its own: you upgrade from your account only if you choose to.
- I haven’t had my first medical yet. Can I start?
- Yes. A free account works before your first medical: tell it the class you’re applying for and your date of birth. Get the medical before you pay for lessons; once you have the certificate, photograph it and the hub starts counting down.
- Does Clear to Proceed decide whether I can fly?
- No. It is planning and preparation, not medical or certification advice. Your AME and the FAA decide.
